Simplicity, passion, experience. Founded in 1996, Caprionline specializes in the design and development of “travel sites”. Since 2000, the company has been headed by Gianni Chervatin who, after 41 years in the hotel industry (36 of which at the Grand Hotel Quisisana di Capri), made the decision to transfer the experience acquired in the hospitality industry to the web.

Nello Iaccarino (associate founder of Caprionline with Romano Acampora) is responsible for web project design and coordinating the working group which manages the company’s tourist portals. The team also provides web and social marketing services.

Alessandro Astarita, Caprionline associate, coordinates the Caprionline SalsaLab development team, responsible for web project realization and technical infrastructure management.

Great part of Caprionline’s activities focus on the realization and management of the tourist portals formed  under the Ithip brand. The company’s sites dedicated to Capri and Positano also have a well established following. The principal works of the web agency are listed under the web project category and include the realization of web sites for hotels and other service providers connected with tourism and the hospitality industry.

With its aim to preserve and promote the historic, artistic and cultural heritage of Capri, the Fondazione Capri is directly connected with island’s long-established history as an international center of artistic exchange, itself a product of the inseparable relationship between culture and tourism, and which is Capri’s most powerful motor of economic and social development. Caprionline is one of the Fondazione Capri‘s founding members.
